Mobile ICTC's — Manipur
The state of Manipur is a hard hit epicenter of the HIV-AIDS epidemic in India. The Mobile ICTCs are an initiative to make HIV counseling and testing accessible to the people of Manipur. SELCO Foundation's intervention ensured that a reliable energy source was available to run the mobile units making mass HIV care and support more efficient.
